NATURE PLAY EVENTS

Nature Play SA partners with councils, state government, education providers, local businesses, and corporate partners to deliver nature play events for local communities.

With a vision to connect children with nature through outdoor learning and play, we deliver events ranging from small school holiday programs, bespoke events, to major partnership events for thousands of families.

Our events engage families and groups in nature through play, creativity, curiosity, meaningful experiences in nature, and open-ended play.

Walking for Wellbeing – exploring connection to nature and ourselves

March 26 @ 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Celebrate Youth Action Week with Nature Play SA as they team up with youth to lead a wellbeing walk in Belair National Park with Uncle Tamaru.

This fun and interactive walk will be led by young people where we will walk, learn, and reflect together. It will cover themes of Aboriginal culture, flora and fauna, wellbeing, mental health and the role nature plays in our lives for stress management, physical activity and overall happiness.

Please wear enclosed shoes, bring drinking water and sun protection. Meeting location will be provided closer to the date.

This project is funded by Department of Human Services as part of SA Youth Week.
