What payment methods can I use to pay?

When you are ready to finalise the payment on your order, you can purchase with a credit card, or ApplePay.

Invoices can be arranged by emailing orders@natureplaysa.org.au

DELIVERY

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Australia.

How much does delivery cost?

Orders are calculated by weight.

Regular postage
Up to 500g – $9.95
500g to 3kg – $12.95
3kg to 5kg – $14.95
5kg or more – $19.95

Local pick-up is FREE from NPSA Head Office in Blackwood 5158. Please wait for your ‘Ready for Collection’ email. This will have the available days/times our office is open.

International postage We do not currently offer international shipping. Please email orders@natureplaysa.org.au for special enquiries.

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders processed on Monday’s and Thursday’s. All parcels are sent via Sendle or Australia Post.

Local and interstate orders will usually take between 3 -10 business days to reach you.
