Team Wellbeing

Take time to connect and restore with a Nature Play SA wellbeing experience

We know that spending time in nature has a profound impact on wellbeing and we love sharing our nature based experiences with corporate teams.

We have partnered with South Australian Government agencies, not-for-profits, and various organisations to deliver wellbeing experiences ranging from 1-hour sessions to full-day programs. Focusing on mindfulness, nature connection, team building, and wellbeing, these experiences support:

  • Improved employee wellbeing and mental health: Nature-based experiences help reduce stress and increase mindfulness, fostering a more resilient and balanced workforce.
  • Enhanced team collaboration and communication: Outdoor activities promote stronger interpersonal connections, trust, and effective teamwork, leading to improved workplace dynamics.
  • Increased creativity and problem-solving: Time in nature encourages fresh perspectives and innovative thinking, empowering employees to tackle challenges with renewed focus and creativity.
  • Supporting reconciliation: Learning more about Kaurna culture and engaging with Aboriginal facilitators is an important part of our shared commitment to reconciliation. We welcome all opportunities to engage a Kaurna Elder to join our experiences to bring cultural integrity and deeper learning.
