Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Nature Play SA purchase. If you’ve changed your mind on your purchase, you are welcome to send us a message, then wrap it up in its original packaging and mail it back to us with an explanatory note, within 7 days of receipt. This applies to all purchases, including sale items. If it is received, by us, in new condition, with original packaging intact, we will be happy to refund your money or offer you a shop credit or exchange. If an item is damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days to organise replacement of goods or full refund.

Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.

If your Nature Play SA products have been purchased through a retailer please contact that retailer for their individual return policies.

Cancellations

If you’ve changed your mind and wish to cancel your order please advise us in writing immediately after making your purchase.

Product availability

If you wish to purchase a particular item that is showing ‘sold out’, please contact us with your query and we will be able to advise you if and when it may become available again for you to purchase.

Colour reproduction

Nature Play SA makes every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor/screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor/screen’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notification and may differ from other sites or retail outlets that stock our products.

Payment

Nature Play SA accepts most major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
